Complete the PuntoMio registration form and obtain your personal PuntoMio address in Miami.

Go to the website you would like to shop from, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.

Once you have finished selecting your items and are ready to checkout, you will be asked to enter your shipping address and billing information. Enter the address assigned to you by PuntoMio in Miami, including your 6 digit Suite number, as your shipping address.

At this point you will be asked to select from a number of shipping options. Choose the option that best suits your needs in terms of cost and delivery time.

You will also be instructed to enter your payment method of choice. See our FAQ’s for valuable information regarding your payment options and what to do if the merchant does not accept your international credit card. Once your credit card information has been entered and your payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.

Upon shipment of your purchases, the merchant will advise you and provide a tracking number.
|
|
Once received in our facility, we will notify you via email and you can track your package through to final delivery.
|
|
PuntoMio will ship your package, clear it through customs and pay any applicable customs charges on your behalf and deliver it to your door.
